Maintenance

Before you move into your new apartment home the staff at The Pointe at Irving Park will have your apartment painted, professional cleaned and our maintenance team will ensure everything is working properly allowing for a swift moving day.

The Pointe at Irving Park has on-site maintenance. Our team is availble 24/7 for maintenance emergencies.

We are happy to assist you if something goes wrong and have serveral convenient ways to request maintenance. You can submit a serivce request 24 hours a day on the resident portal or call the leasing the office. Some maintenance issues are considered emgergencies and we are on call 24 hours a day to addess emergencies.

Maintenance issues are completed in the order in which they were received. Emergency service requests will be prioritized for completion.

You do not need to be present for a service technician to complete a service request.

If you are locked out of your apartment during office hours we are happy to assist you. However, if you are locked out after business hours please call a lock smith.

You are welcome to decorate your apartment, but upon move out the apartment must be returned to the condition provided at move in.

Amenities

The property offers a surplus of amenities, our residents love the sparkling resort syle swimming pool, outdoor kitchen complete with BBQ grills and an eating area, as well as the welcoming and easy-to-use propane fire pit. Our four legged residents enjoy the spacious fenced in dog park with an agility course.

The hours of operation for pool use are dawn to dusk, year round. The pool deck is open 7 days a week.

The Pointe at Irving Park offers ample free parking conveniently located to the buildings.

Washer and dryer hookups are located in the laundry rooms of each apartment. We also offer a 24/7 laundry center located in the clubhouse!

The Pointe at Irving Park welcomes furry friends. Our policy allows 2 pets per apartment, but we do follow the North Carolina aggressive breed restriction list.

There is a $300 non-refundable pet fee at move in for the first pet, $150 for the second pet and $20 monthly pet rent for each pet in the apartment home.

Yes! We have an expansive pet park with mature landscaping and an agility course adjustable for large and small pets.

Our apartment homes include a range, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, and garbage disposal. We can supply a washer and dryer set for $50.00 monthly.

No, but we do have corporate partneships with furnished apartment homes on the property that we would be more than happy to connect you with.

Yes - we offer short term leases between 6-11 months for an additional $150.00 monthly.

The Leasing Office does not accept packages. Packages are delivered to the doors or in parcel lockers located at the mail center.

The fitness center is available 24/7 for your convenience. Residents are provided a code to enter after hours at move-in.

Our gym is equipped with a total body machine, treadmills, free weights, yoga equipment, posing mirrors and a TV for all your fitness needs.

Our community adheres to the City of Greensboro's quiet hours. There is no additional fees associated with usage of communal spaces.

Admin

We would love to show you around our beauitful community at no cost to you. Photo IDs are required to tour though.

We prefer you to make an appointment to ensure proper time to address all of your important questions, but we do accept walk ins as scheduling allots.

Our management team is available M-F from 9am to 6pm and on Satudays from 10am-5pm. We encourage residents to send an email to our staff for after hours concerns. We will strive to respond promptly on the next business day.

You can apply for apartment online at our web address, www.pointeatirving.com. We also offer paper applications available in the Leasing Office.

Applications are processed in 24-48 business hours.

Application fees total $199.00 ($50.00 application fee & $160.00 admin fee to reserve the apartment.) All other monies are due on move-in day at a prorated rate based upon the move in date. We often offer leasing specials so please call the Leasing Office for more information on our current specials.

We encourage first time renters to tour in person to ensure all questions are answered and the process is seamless. We are here to help!

Residents have the convenience of paying rent online through our resident portal or by utilizing a walk-in payment system at various retail locations with their resident code - this can be provided by the Leasing Office. We can also accept personal checks.

You may pay your rent online by clicking the resident tab on our website. The log in credentials are the same as used during the application process. Online payments can be made with a credit/debit card or routing and checking banking information. You can even set up re-occuring payments to ensure there is never a missed payment!

There is a total of $59.00 of monthly fees including $4.00 pest control, $10.00 trash fee, $31.00 for LeaseLock and $14.00 for the property damage waiver.

No - your apartment will be covered for natural disasters under our policy for a mandatory $14.00 monthly. However, we encourage you to retain a small renter's insurance policy for your personal property.

Utilities are not included in the rental rate. Water is submetered - it will be paid with your rent but is not included in your rent. All other utilities are electric through Duke Energy and you will need to set up an account with them prior to move-in.

Management will set up water billing for you. Electric services are through Duke Energy and can be initiated on their website (www.duke-energy.com) or by phone at 800-777-9898

Internet and cable servives are provided through Spectrum. New residents will be supplied with our community Spectrum representative's contact information to set up services. This can also be completed by calling Spectrum directly at 888-369-2408

We do offer incentives for current resident referrals. Please contact the office for additional details.

We do offer limited time leasing specials. Please contact the Leasing Office for more information on our current specials.

North Carolina law prohibits comingling of security deposits. If you are transferring to another apartment on the property or to a sister property, a new security deposit is required. We do offer a zero-deposit option for LeaseLock, associated with a $31.00 monthly fee.

Replacing a resident, subletting, assignment, or granting a right or license to occupy is allowed only when we expressly consent in writing. If an apartment is sub-let the departing resident forfeits the right of return to the initial security deposit.

A lease buy-out fee equal to two months of the base rent is due within 10 days of submitting a 60-day written notice. Additionally, you will remain rent responsible as regularly scheduled throughout the 60-day notice period.

Location

Yes - the community is located along the City of Greensboro's bus route. The nearest stop is located appromiately half a mile up N Elm Street.

Our community is centrally located to the heart of Greensboro. We are within a 5 minute drive from Downtown, several breweries, local restaurants, Moses Cone Hospital and conveinence items such as Starbucks, Walgreens, Harris Teeter and more! We are located in close proximity to park and recreation areas such as the Lake Jeanette, the Guilford Courthouse National Military Park, Country Park and LeBauer Park. The Greensboro Science Center and Steven Tanger Center for Performing Arts are just right down the road. There is quick highway access to the new Urban Loop as well!

Our community is located within the Guilford County School district. Our assigned schools are Irving Park Elementary, Mendenhall Middle School and Page High School.

We have a spacious dog park located right on the property! There are also dog parks located in Country Park (2.4 mi) and LeBauer Park (3.2 mi)

Yes - there are several great bike trails just a few miles away at Country Park (2.4 mi), Guilford Courthouse National Military park (2.9 mi) and Bur-Mill Park (5.3 mi)

Residents have the convenience of shopping on Battleground Avenue, the wonderful outdoor shopping pavilion at Friendly Shopping Center (3.3 mi) and the Four Seasons Mall (6.2 mi)

Starbucks is located less than a mile away (0.7 miles to be exact!) There are also great local coffee shops nearby such as Green Joe's located on Battleground Avenue.

Entering 3100 N. Elm Street, Greensboro, NC, 27408 into GPS nagivation will bring you directly to the property. Upon arrival, please drive directly up the hill and you will arrive directly at the Leasing Office. Guest parking is available in our marked future resident spaces. We are located inbetween the N. Elm St & Pisgah Church Rd and the N. Elm Street & Cone Blvd intersections.
